Morrissey Colapses Released From Hospital

Morrissey collapsed onstage at the end of his first song while performing in the U.K. Saturday. The former Smiths front man appeared to be straining to perform, and in the final notes of "This Charming Man," his knees buckled and he dropped to the stage.

According to reports, two stagehands rushed to Morrissey's side and helped him off the stage. About a half hour later, a stagehand told the crowd, "Morrissey has left the building."

The 50-year-old singer has since been released from the hospital after a precautionary overnight stay. His condition is said to be much improved.
