Maddow More on Uganda Conversion Therapies

Rachel Maddow continued her look into Uganda's "kill the gays" bill on her show last night, starting with yesterday's news that the death penalty and life imprisonment would be dropped. She also discussed how "conversion therapies," which are now promised by the Ugandan government, exist because of guests like the one she faced off with the night before.
