A gay waiter is accusing his former employers at a glamorous London restaurant of sexual harassment.
Vincent Ma says the staff of the Soho Chinese restaurant Yauatcha of made his working life miserable after he dropped some weight, and he filed a lawsuit accusing the Michelin-starred eatery of sexual harassment.
"I was losing weight and, due to the tightness of the company uniform, a black T-shirt, my body figure was being shown," Ma says. "On one occasion, my nipples were popped out due to low temperature and one manager said to me it was sexy."
Ma claims a customer also tweaked his nipples and when he complained to his manager, the boss asked, "Did you like it?"
