Anna Nicole Smith's Ex Settles Gay Lawsuit

Howard K. Stern, former lover of the late Anna Nicole Smith, has settled a lawsuit with a woman who said she caught him in an intimate encounter with another man.

TMZ is reporting that Stern sued Jackie Hatten, who claimed she and Smith once walked in on Stern and the father of Smith's daughter, Larry Birkhead, engaging in a romantic liaison.

The liaison was reported in Rita Cosby's book, Blonde Ambition: The Untold Story Behind Anna Nicole Smith's Death.

Stern settled a lawsuit several years ago with Cosby. According to TMZ, he and Hatten have now settled as well. The terms of the agreement are confidential.
