A Missouri State University graduate has sued the school, claiming the institution retaliated after she refused to endorse adoption by gays. Emily Brooker declined to write a letter to the Missouri legislature in support of adoption by gay parents as part of a class project. In the complaint, Brooker said she was accused of violating the school's standards for social work education. (AP)
