A man was charged Monday in the death of wealthy Denver businessman John "JP" Kelso, 43, the Denver Post reported on Tuesday. Timothy Boham, 25, has been charged with first-degree murder and aggravated robbery in connection with crimes that occurred between November 11 and November 13 at Kelso's home.
Kelso, who was gay, hired Boham to work at his company after Boham left the adult film industry. The movies Boham worked on mainly consisted of gay pornography, but he has since denounced gay culture. People close to him have been reported to say he has become aggressive and vengeful toward gays.
The suspect was picked up by customs officials near the Mexican border in Arizona on November 16, and he is being held there while awaiting transfer to Colorado. (The Advocate)
