A judge in Kentucky has dismissed all charges against three teens who were accused of attempting to kill their gay schoolmate by pushing her off a cliff.

Charges against the two adult teens were dismissed Thursday. The third, younger teen was acquitted earlier this week.

Attorneys for the three girls argued 18-year-old Cheyenne Williams (pictured) had likely made up the story to cover up being late to an appointment. Though video showed the girls fighting near the edge of a cliff, it appeared to be a prank taken too far.

Williams alleged the girls put a chain around her neck, hit her with sticks, and threatened to push her off the cliff and crush her head with rocks. But Williams's story changed several times throughout the trial, and attorneys for the accused teens claim she perjured herself.
