The Social Network's Armie Hammer is getting ready for his big screen pairing with Leonardo DiCaprio in Clint Eastwood's J. Edgar Hoover biopic, and he says the Titanic star should get ready to lock lips.
"It's not a kissing scene--it's a ton of kissing scenes," Hammer told E! Online's Ted Casablanca at Sunday's Screen Actor's Guild Awards.
Hammer is set to play Clyde Tolson, the protege and rumored lover of Hoover. And the actor says he isn't in the slightest bit nervous about their intimate scenes together.
"I actually just met [Leo] for the first time Saturday at the DGA Awards. Sure, we talked business. He's a talented actor. I'm not nervous or afraid of it being awkward. The script is great. The scenes are in there for a reason. I'm really excited."
When Casablanca asked if he and DiCaprio were just going to go for it, Hammer responded: "Yeah, you hear that, Leo? Pucker up!"
The film, which is written by Milk's Dustin Lance Black, is scheduled to go into production this Spring.
