Out and in the
military?

If you're an out service member currently in one of the branches of the U.S. military, we want to hear your story. Send your name, rank, base location, contact info, and a 300-word summary of your experience as an openly gay or lesbian member of the U.S. Armed Services, to editor@advocate.com. If you're out to fellow service members and/or officers but don't want your name disclosed in our publication, tell us that too. Please send submissions by May 18.
