Los
Angeles's Project Angel Food, which provides meals
and nutrition services to homebound people with HIV
and other diseases, will present its 13th annual Angel
Awards at a ceremony held August 5 in Los Angeles.
Awards will be presented to out actor Nathan Lane and to
Disney's volunteer corps VoluntEARS. The gala
awards ceremony will be held at Project Angel
Food's headquarters at 7574 Sunset Blvd. Television
personality Lawrence Zarian will serve as master of
ceremonies for the awards gala, and Project Angel Food
founder Marianne Williamson will speak at the event.
The celebration includes dinner, the awards
presentation, a silent auction, and a musical performance.
