            will return to the stage in San Francisco for her
            latest show, Varla Jean Loves a Foreign       Tongue!
            for six performances. Varla Jean, popular drag artist and
            the       purported love child of Ethel Merman and Ernest
            Borgnine, recently       completed a world tour of
                Anatomically       Incorrect, which culminated in
            a weeklong engagement at the Sydney       Opera House.     
       Her new show
            premieres January 24 at the Empire Plush Room of the York
            Hotel, 940 Sutter St. in San Francisco. The final
            performance is       scheduled for February 2. For
