It was a banner year for the Outfest Fusion LGBT People of Color Film Festival, which took place on March 22-23 in Hollywood. The festival not only celebrated its 10th anniversary, but also honored out lesbian writer/director/producer Angela Robinson (True Blood, The L Word, Hung, D.E.B.S) with the 2013 Fusion Achievement Award.
No More Down Low TV was front and center at the event, speaking with the many men and women behind the films that are creating change one story at a time, including Hot Guys With Guns director Doug Spearman and True Blood's lesbian vampire duo Rutina Wesley and Kristin Bauer.
Celebrities in attendance dazzled on the red carpet and spoke about their support of same-sex marriage as it goes before the U.S. Supreme Court this week.
