Research is showing that pure chocolate packed with cacao is an antioxidant heavyweight, buf if you're allergic to soy and dairy as my niece is, finding a good chocolate is challenging. No more: I'm in love with Pascha Allergen-free Organic Dark Chocolate, which comes in in bars (the coffee is TDF), chips, and spreads, and has no peanuts, nuts, dairy, soy, eggs, fish, wheat, gluten, rice, or sesame. It's dark, luxurious, and just a tad bittersweet -- I'm still surprised at how great it tastes.
