Christian bakers who turn away wedding cake orders for same-sex marriages have a new ally: gay baker and chef Jesse Bartholomew of Wisconsin, whose Facebook rant against protesters and activists caught the eye of a Christian news website.

Bartholomew posted a video on Facebook earlier this month in which he said LGBT people who want bakers to be forced to make wedding cakes for same-sex couples are "Nazis," and blasted activists for "bullying" people who don't share their views.

"Hi guys, my name is Jesse and I bake wedding cakes for a living, and I cannot tell you how disgusted I am with my fellow gay and lesbian community -- that they would stoop so low as to force someone to bake a cake for them who simply doesn't agree with them. And before you can go and blame me and say that they have to -- no, they don't have to. They don't have to bake a cake for you."

Although he didn't cite the case, Bartholomew posted his two-minute video a few days after a Oregon officials ordered Christian bakers Aaron and Melissa Klein, owners of Sweet Cakes by Melissa, pay damages of $135,000 for refusing to make a wedding cake for a lesbian couple. The order was finalized July 2, but the Kleins intend to appeal it. They have been hugely successful in crowdfunding, raising an amount many times more than the damages they owe.

The Blaze picked up Bartholomew's story from the "Are you stupid? That is your personal piece of your wedding. Your guests eat that. That cake is involved in your photos. That cake is taken in your mouth, and you eat it in your stomach."

His video has been shared almost 5,000 times, reports the Christian Today website. On camera, Bartholomew explained to his Facebook friends and followers that wedding cakes cost hundreds, if not thousands of dollars, and questioned why gays and lesbians would want to pay that much money to make someone bake a cake against their will.

"There's no other bakers out there? It's plain and simple: you are bullying someone, you are forcing someone, you are being a Nazi and forcing someone to bake a damn wedding cake for you when there are hundreds of other gays and lesbians that would gladly have your business. Shame on you."
